All options are based on the total amount of storage required and NOT the number of users. The client can allocate storage between emails and documents as required.
For smaller firms:

In general, these services are designed to be managed autonomously, but we will provide new clients with a reasonable amount of support and assistance.
If a client wants additional training, this can be provided at a rate of $125 per hour.
